Spicewood Forest Office Park is a Class B general office property located at 4131 Spicewood Springs Road. The property consists of 89 individually owned condominium units in 17 2-story buildings with limestone facades on three sides. Condo units range in size from 715 sq. feet to 2,066 sq. feet. Together the property includes 96,213 square feet. The buildings sit on 7.92 treed and landscaped acres including several heritage live oaks. 

The buildings were built in two phases. 

• Phase 1, buildings A through I was completed in 1986. Phase 1 includes 48 units comprising 47,312 square feet
• Phase 2, buildings J through Q was developed by Spicewood Metro III, a California Limited Partnership, and completed in 1996. Phase 2 includes41 units totaling 48, 901 square feet.

The complex is actively managed by CSA Management, a subsidiary of CSA Realty Company of Austin. The Spicewood Forest Owner’s Association was chartered on June 30, 1986 as a Texas Nonprofit Corporation and includes all unit owners of both phases. The Association is led by a Board of Directors, all of whom are owners.
